These in-person meditations are not simply moments of stillness, they are transformational activations designed to realign you with your Divine Self through the sacred vertical channel.
Each session is a multidimensional purification journey, guiding you to identify the precise energetic distortion, emotional loop, or lower self pattern that is keeping you out of divine alignment. Whether rooted in fear, control, shame, or unworthiness—these frequencies are stored within the lower self chakras and subtle bodies, and they can be transmuted through Divine Light.
We begin by awakening divine awareness within through guided breath, reflection, and intention. You’ll be invited to name or feel what is currently misaligned, not from a place of judgment, but from the empowered lens of divine witnessing.
Together, we then activate the vertical current of Your Divine Self, breathing the Living Light in a sacred sequence that mirrors the divine order of creation. This breathwork opens the divine channel and allows your higher frequencies to descend through your heart and into your field, illuminating the places within you that are ready to release.
From this state, we work with:
